30 Day Satisfaction Software Guarantee
You will find our software highly flexible. As such, it is highly unlikely that
between us the solution to your learning difficulty can not be found.
But should we not be able to meet your needs to our mutual satisfaction
within 30 days of purchase, we will credit your card, or otherwise refund you
money in like kind.
BEFORE any such refund shall be authorized, however, we will require receipt
of the following two documents from you.
- Fax of your personal Summary Report. This includes a
transcript of the sessions and activities utilized by you in an effort to
increase your productivity. (No refund shall be warranted without at
least six hours of documented drills and less than a 20% improvement in speed
or 120 stroke peak rate, whichever is lesser.)
- Deactivation E-mail generated by TenKey Tutor indicating the
product has been successfully deactivated on the workstation in question.
This is automatically generated when the Inactivate button is
utilized from the Registration form of a fully licensed legal copy of TenKey
Tutor.
In the unlikely event that TenKey Tutor fails to install or activate on your
system, we will, of course, not require the two documents mentioned above.
We will simply ask that you spend a reasonable time with one of our technicians
to discover and resolve the issue. We fully expect TenKey Tutor to install
and run properly on any version of Windows, beginning with Windows 95, as
well as on any "PowerMac" capable of emulating Windows 95+.
Why the restocking fee? Should a refund be warranted
and approved, it shall be in full, less a 7% card processing fee and any direct
physical mailing expenses incurred due to requested shipment of physical CDs.
Why? Simply because we are dealing with software, which can be copied
and/or damaged by means and methods beyond our control. Hence, we do
insist on just a tiny bit of discouragement when processing that rare, and
truly always unexpected, refund.
