Technical Support Policy

We at Security Development Corporation are confident that the TenKey Tutor User's Guide (in online Help) and the relevant Administrative Manual (also in online Help) will enable you to use TenKey Tutor to quickly and successfully develop numeric entry and computational skills commensurate with your efforts.  However, if, in the first 30 days, you should have questions or problems with the installation or use of TenKey Tutor, or if you simply need help getting started, feel free to contact us by any of the means listed below.  We should respond in like manner within one business day.

We are pleased to provide technical support free of charge for the first 30 days.  Thereafter, feel free to send an e-mail describing your problem.  If able to respond with a brief reply, we will be happy to do so at no charge.  If not, we will let you know that also.  We will be pleased to continue to extend our help by telephone, but will need to ask your understanding in helping to defray that cost.  We will therefore require a credit card authorization from you at the start of the support conversation.  We will bill subsequent support time against that card at a rate of $20 per each 15 minutes or portion thereof.
