About our Web Site:

Yes, we do track visits to pages on our site to help us improve accessibility and design.  But we do not track any specific individual's visit.   Nor do we sell, disseminate, or provide any information obtained from such visits to anyone for any reason.  Nor do we make any effort to surreptitiously obtain your e-mail address or any other information not specifically volunteered by you.

Obviously, if we are to automatically process an order from you, our site must collect certain billing and shipping information.  In that case, you will be asked to fill in an order form with appropriate information.  However, before we do so, we will establish a secure and encrypted connection with your browser using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.  A lock will appear within your browser at that point to assure you that security has been established.

Credit Card Processing:

We do NOT retain your credit card information in our database any longer than necessary to process and fulfill your order.  Further, we share none of this information with anyone other than the credit card servicing organization we use to obtain bank confirmation that the card you present is valid and has sufficient credit available to handle the transaction.

Your credit card information will be processed for authorization through Bank of America's Merchant Services operations or a firm of similar reputation.

Our Corporate Privacy Philosophy:

It is our firm corporate policy that all information that flows into this firm from any client is held in the highest confidentiality.  This does not mean that we may not share such information internally when seeking a solution for a client.  But it does mean that no member of Security Development Corporation will share the same with any outside organization or individual without the direct force of judicial warrant.

Our Contact Policy

We make our living just like you, by creating and maintaining personal and business relationships.  To further those relationships, we do occasionally make contact with our customers to share information or opportunities that may prove mutually beneficial.  Typically we do so either via e-mail or US mail, or through our newsletter.

It is our belief and assumption that your act of purchasing one of our products or services establishes a business relationship with us and establishes an interest in our products.  Hence, unless you explicitly tell us otherwise, we will consider you one of our "opt-in" clients for periodic mailings, updates, or news.

Should we contact you in the future and you find the contact to be inappropriate, or simply wish no further contact with us, please let us know.  If there is something we can make right, we will most certainly try.  But if you truly wish us never to cross your path again, just send us a note with enough to identify yourself.  We will do our best to implement your wish!
