What's This?

This Help menu item works exactly the same as the Context Help icon on the Tool Bar.  Select What's This? from the Help menu, then click on another menu item, an area of a keypad, an icon on the tool bar, etc., to see a brief description of the item.  When in Tenkey Only mode, there is no Context Help icon, so the What's This? menu item is the only context help available.
