Tips, What's This and other Help
Help comes in many forms within TenKey Tutor. Menu prompts appear in the Prompts Panel at the bottom of TenKey Tutor whenever you browse through the menus. Pop-up tool tips are available almost everywhere. And below we describe the rest of the story!
This opens the help manual you are reading to its Welcome page and opens its Table of Contents. To find what you want via the table of contents, scroll down and open the book(s) that may be related.
This works essentially the same at the Help Topics item, but opens directly to the manual's Search tab. There you can enter words or phrases to search for. The relevant help pages will then be listed for your review and selection.
What's This help is available throughout TenKey Tutor but the method of access differs slightly from form to form. If a small button with a "?" appears in the form's caption, click it and then point to the item you need help with. When you click the item, a pop-up help dialog will appear if available.
On the main TenKey Tutor form, including its Help menu, a button is provided with a diagonally pointing mouse pointer and an adjacent "?." This works the same as the "?" button mentioned above.
When neither button is visible, press and hold either [Shift] key and then press the [F1] key. If available, this will turn the local mouse pointer into a context help (what's this) pointer. Point and click on the item of interest as above.
This dialog displays valuable nuggets of knowledge from the Help file on a one-by-one basis. When enabled, this form automatically appears each time a user activates TenKey Tutor. While the Tutor is in use, this form is available from the main Help menu.
If you clear the check mark from the Show Tips at Startup option, the tips will no longer appear at startup, but are still available via the main Help menu.
Click the Next Tip button to browse from tip to tip.
Selecting the OK button closes this dialog.

TenKey Tutor is sold by license. These licenses must be activated through a registration that is easiest to accomplish online. But other options are available. The Registration Process and the Registration Form Details are found under their respective names. Click one to go there.
