Print Setup...

There are many different ways to control the way your selection prints out.  Before printing the first time, you should select File / Print Setup to set your preferences for best results.

Once set, you can usually ignore these choices unless you decide you want something done differently.

The following options are available on the Print Setup window:

Printer Name:  Click the drop-down arrow to select from available printers.

Paper:  The paper options available are determined by the printer you choose.  If your printer can handle four sizes of paper, those four sizes will appear when you click on the drop-down arrow for Size.  If your printer has three drawers to hold paper, the three drawers will be listed when you click on the drop-down arrow for Source.  Select the size and source of your paper from these lists.

Orientation:  Select either Portrait or Landscape, depending on whether you want most of your output to print in normal page layout, or lengthwise on the page.

Properties:  The Properties button opens another window that provides the characteristics available for your specific printer.  This information comes from the printer manufacturer, and will differ with each model.

In order to print the Snapshot of TenKey Tutor or any of the Charts, you will need a graphic printer.  Most Inkjet and Lazer printers today are graphic printers.
